In the current economic market business owners are being forced to review their business management strategies to maintain profitability. If they are going to stay buoyant in 2009, optimising their employee’s strengths is going to be a key strategy. Performance management requires leadership and the skill to assess ability and behavioural patterns. It is time to invest in establishing an infrastructure for future growth through measurable performance management, sound communication channels and a clear direction.

  2. Unlike a recruitment agency, I offer an hourly rate for recruitment services. I can provide end-to-end recruitment or I can break my services down to meet your requirements. I can write and post your advertisement, collate applicants, provide a behavioural analysis report, conduct phone and final interviews. The choice is yours.

The process is often faster than a recruitment company as I work as your personal recruiter.

As an HR Coach I have an indepth understanding of the needs of small to medium businesses and their staffing issues. I work with you every step of the way. I will assist you with your position description writing and induction procedures to strengthen the recruitment and retention process.
